STUFFED PARATHA

STUFFED PARATHA

INGREDIENTS:


Maida -----------------------------------------1 kg
Salt--------------------------------------------1 tsp
Oil---------------------------------------------1 tsp
Potatoe cooked and mashed-------------------50 gm
Peas cooked and mashed----------------------50 gm
Onion chopped--------------------------------5 tbsp
Green chillies chopped------------------------1 tsp
Chilli powder----------------------------------2 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped---------------------2 tsp
Turmeric powder------------------------------1 tsp
Salt--------------------------------------------to taste
Butter-----------------------------------------2 tsps

METHOD OF PREPARATIONS:


  1. Mix maida, salt, oil together and knead it make a dough.
  2. Make 20 small balls out of this dough and with the help of rolling pin roll it like a thin chapati.
  3. Mashed potatoes and green peas keep it separately. mix chopped onion,green chillies, red chilli powder,coriander leaves,salt and divide it into two portions. one portion mix with mashed potatoes and the other with mashed green peas.
  4. Now take one chappati over it spread the mashed potatoes,place another chapati over this and spread mashed green peas and over it join with another thin chapati.
  5. With the help of water join all three chapatis round ends together.
  6. Heat the pan and place this on the pan and bake it and once it is done with golden brown color add butter/ghee on it and serve hot with any gravies...
