ARABIC FLOWER

INGREDIENTS:

Maida-----------------------1/4 kg
Salt, water-------------------as per needed
Oil---------------------------1/4 cup
Onion sliced-----------------1 cup
Black pepper crushed-------2 tsp
Arabic masala---------------1 tsp
Salt-------------------------as per taste
Chicken minced-------------1 cup
Oil--------------------------for deep frying

METHOD OF PREPARATIONS:
  1.  Knead maida by adding salt and water and make soft dough.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add the onion sliced and stir it until it turn golden brown. Now add black pepper podwer,arabic masala and salt to it. 
  3. When masala smell comes out add the minced chicken and mix well and cook it.
  4. Now when it is cooked remove and allow it to cool..
  5. Take the rolling pin and roll the maida into a square shaped and add the chicken cooked into it as needed and fold all corners the middle like a flower shape just as u see in the picture.
  6. Now keep the pan and add oil for deep frying, when the oil gets heated up, add these flower shaped maida chicken filled roll into it and deep fry to light brown...
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy!!!!
