TURKEY PATHIRI / TURKISH PATHIL

INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour------------------1/2 kg
Salt, water-------------------as per needed
Oil---------------------------1/2 cup
Green chiilies-----------------2 nos
Onion sliced------------------2nos
Curry & Coriander leaves----1 sprig
Turmeric powder-------------1/2 tsp
Garam Masala----------------1/2 tsp
Chicken minced and cooked--1 cup
Egg boiled--------------------5 nos
Oil--------------------------for deep frying

METHOD OF PREPARATIONS:
  1.  Knead the wheat flour by adding salt and water.
  2. Take a wok and heat the oil and add the sliced onion and saute it and when it turn to golden brown add green chillies chopped, curry & coriander leaves chopped to it and saute well.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, garam masala, salt to it and roast well.
  4. When the roasted masala smell comes add the minced and cooked chicken and mix well and remove.
  5. Slice the each boiled egg and keep aside.
  6. Now make a small ball from the dough and with the help of chapati rolling pin roll it like puris and add little chicken masala and above keep the sliced egg piece and cover from all four corners to the middle.
  7. Now keep the pan and add oil for deep frying, when the oil gets heated up, add these folded dough filled into it and deep fry until crispy.
  8. Serve hot with tomato chilli sauce!!!
