MAYONNAISE AT HOME IN JUST 5 MINUTES

MAYONNAISE
INGREDIENTS:

Eggs-------------------2 nos.
Vinegar or lemon juice--1 teaspoon
Oil---------------------200 ml
Salt --------------------to taste
Mustard seed paste----1/2 teaspoon
White pepper powder----to taste
Powdered sugar----------1 teaspoon

METHOD OS PREPARATIONS:

  1. Separate egg yolks from the white.
  2. Place egg yolk in another bowl and add vinegar or lemon juice.
  3. Blend well with a hand blender adding oil little by little.
  4. Add salt, mustard paste,pepper powder and sugar.
  5. Mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
  6. Use as required .
