MIXED THORAN (Beans,green leafy and carrot)

INGREDIENTS:

All vegetables required-------------250gm
Carrot,Beans,Cheera(green leafy)--- chopped
Onion chopped--------------------------1 no
Coconut grated--------------------------1/2 cup
Garlic--------------------------------2-3 cloves
Jeera--------------------------------------a little
Mustard seeds---------------------------a little
Oil----------------------------------------2 tbsp
Turmeric powder----------------------1/2 tbsp
Salt -------------------------------------to taste
Curry leaves---------------------------a sprig

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
  1. Firstly thoroughly wash the vegetables and chop well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan  or deep thick bottomed vessel.
  3. Splutter mustard seeds in it.
  4. And add the chopped vegetables and add salt in it and saute well.
  5. Meanwhile grate the coconut+turmeric+garlic together.
  6. Now add these into the above vegetables and mix well.
  7. Allow it to cook on low heat.
  8. Do not add water as green leafy is added in it.
  9. When its cooked serve it with plain rice and dal.
