INGREDIENTS:
All vegetables required-------------250gm
Carrot,Beans,Cheera(green leafy)--- chopped
Onion chopped--------------------------1 no
Coconut grated--------------------------1/2 cup
Garlic--------------------------------2-3 cloves
Jeera--------------------------------------a little
Mustard seeds---------------------------a little
Oil----------------------------------------2 tbsp
Turmeric powder----------------------1/2 tbsp
Salt -------------------------------------to taste
Curry leaves---------------------------a sprig
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
All vegetables required-------------250gm

Mustard seeds---------------------------a little

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Firstly thoroughly wash the vegetables and chop well.
- Heat oil in a pan or deep thick bottomed vessel.
- Splutter mustard seeds in it.
- And add the chopped vegetables and add salt in it and saute well.
- Meanwhile grate the coconut+turmeric+garlic together.
- Now add these into the above vegetables and mix well.
- Allow it to cook on low heat.
- Do not add water as green leafy is added in it.
- When its cooked serve it with plain rice and dal.
