COCONUT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:

Grated / Scraped Coconut------1 cup
Shallots/small onions-----------3-4 nos
Ginger chopped------------------1 tsp
Chilli powder---------------------1 1/2 tsp
Tamarind paste ------------------1 tsp
Water------------------------------2-3 tbsp
Salt---------------------------------to taste
Curry leaves-----------------------2 sprig

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients and grind it into medium coarse paste.. and make it round like a ball...
  2. Make sure that the water should not exceed..while grinding.
  3. And enjoy with rice...
