WHITE SAUCE

WHITE SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:

Butter---------------25g
All purpose flour--25 gm
Milk------------------500 ml
Salt-------------------to taste
White pepper-------as needed

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Take the pan off from the flame and gradually add the milk and stir it to get a smooth sauce. 
  3. Return back to flame and keep stirring all the time, bring it to boil.
  4. Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes and season with salt and white pepper.
